What printing methods and materials do you use ?

For our customers daily orders, we may use different types of printing methods using state of the art digital printing technology. Kentify offers products with years of tried and tested durability with strict quality standards from design process to production delivery.

How to upload my design for printing ?

You can try our online Design Apps to do your layout. Once done, please send to us via messenger: m.me/Kentifypage or email the high resolution file to: kentifymail@gmail.com

How long will I wait for my order ?

Online orders will take within 1-3 business days to be processed. Items ordered are only produced once your payment has been verified and received. Kindly send to us your proof of payment via messenger: m.me/Kentifypage or email.

How much is your shipping fee ?

We offer FREE shipping on selected items. The current market shipping fee rates starts at P100. Shipping fees are added on top of your order’s total price. For more info about delivery contact us directly at via messenger for faster reply: m.me/Kentifypage

How do I track my order ?

We will send message updates once your order is ready for shipping and when it is shipped out. Your tracking number will be sent on the same business day after the shipment is successfully processed.

How do I pay for my order ?

You can pay us via Cash, Bank Transfer, GCash, Remittance, Credit/Debit Card via Paypal. Please note we only proceed printing once payment is received. We only deliver when is fully paid.

Can I change the details of my order ?

We cannot guarantee that we can stop the order in time to make the adjustments, but we will do our best to accommodate our customers. Kindly message us at: m.me/KentifyPage with your details and the types of changes you would like to make right away.

What is your Return & Exchange policy ?

For any damage orders please have it shipped to Kentify’s shop warehouse within 3 days from the date you received the package, through the shipping courier of your choice. We will refund your shipping fee if you ship back our package within the given time limits.

Submit the item for Exchange using the request form only if you received the following below:

  1. Wrong size delivered and did not match from your order.
  2. Wrong item is delivered.
  3. Damaged shirt /Damaged print.

Upon receiving the item from you, we will immediately process your new item. Please expect it within 7-14 business days.
